I just wanted to seriously point out something @SimGuruLyndsay and anyone else that doesn't understand why dimming the monitor down is actually much worse as a solution for people who suffer from the white loading screen contrast. One the in game lighting is still a huge problem and so you're still going from one problem to another. Eyestrain is also migraine inducing and a lot of people suffer from poor eyesight or even problems with color. You'd be surprised at the number of things that cause vision problems. Straining to see causes migraines for many especially if you decide to dim down the game the icons are very small and it only makes the situation worse when you're trying to see what it is you're doing in a dark contrasted house.
That is not a solution for anyone.
Forum wise for people who have problems with the forums, it's crazy that multi billion dollar company can't even trump with some of their poorest fansites offer. It just shows how customers really are the last being thought of. You do know that fansites do offer themes you can choose from to view their pages. Why not set up some lovely theme choices for your webpages that offer a better visual experience for those who suffer disabilities from the above. I don't have a problem with your theme choice at all, I have a problem when it lacks choices of comfort. I don't think the aim of any game should be to send their customers crying into a dark room for 24 hours hoping for relief after they've played. Equally i don't think it's going to kill the company to provide a ui, a loading screen choice, or forum with choices for the safety of those customers. I wish people would be more sensitive about the subject towards people suffering this and really not place their fixes onto us and think that will solve the problem. What works for one person may not work for another, people know their own bodies and they know what would work best. Please explore and push for options if that is the case.
