I don't get headaches.
I think you should visit your optometrist, tell them what's happening, and then ask if there are any lenses, medicine, etc. that aid in preventing these migraines and headaches.
It's also good that the Guru's are made aware of this issue. I really like the main menu, but I suppose it depends on whether EAxis wants to be more inclusive to people who physically suffer when playing the game. I think it's also up to you to take the necessary precautions, especially if you know that you get these migraines/headaches and it's not just TS4 that causes them.
It would be lovely if a trip to the optometrist and a new pair of glasses could prevent a migraine, but it won't. It would also be lovely if medication could do that, but it won't either. Heck, fancy prescription migraine remedy medication won't even get rid of a migraine for me - or if it does, it gets rid only of the pain symptom, not all the other symptoms. (Calling migraine a "headache" is actually a bit of a misnomer: it's a constellation of symptoms that usually, but not always, includes head pain.) Unfortunately, migraine just isn't that controllable or that well understood by modern medicine yet. That includes understanding of how to identify and control for triggers, or how to stop those triggers from triggering migraine if you're exposed to them. Triggers also change for any individual over time.
