I don't get headaches.
I think you should visit your optometrist, tell them what's happening, and then ask if there are any lenses, medicine, etc. that aid in preventing these migraines and headaches.
It's also good that the Guru's are made aware of this issue. I really like the main menu, but I suppose it depends on whether EAxis wants to be more inclusive to people who physically suffer when playing the game. I think it's also up to you to take the necessary precautions, especially if you know that you get these migraines/headaches and it's not just TS4 that causes them.
Most people here are very considerate of their own health and are simply asking for options to accommodate them. These sorts of issues are often classed as disabilities and major companies should be striving to offer equality for disabled people and not blaming them for the physical issues out of their own control. It's actually enshrined in law in many countries to offer equal opportunities to disabled people and that's great :)
Often it's easy to dismiss these types of issues but if you were to suffer I'd bet you would ask to be catered for too :)
1) Not a disability. You're not disabled. You're not functioning any less than others.
2) Has nothing to do with companies or countries offering equal opportunities to disabled people (which can only encompass limited opportunities anyway.)
Getting a medical checkup is a good idea and is something that should be done regularly as it is. A visit to an optometrist is a good idea, as Luke said. It's not just about finding a therapy for an issue. It's about properly diagnosing and documenting the issue. Only then can you do something about it.
You can claim you get all kinds of things, but if you fail to produce any medical (aka scientific) proof for it, I will tell you to sod off and cry me a river.
As for the white loading screen... Turn your brightness down. People often run with far too bright screens. It's a common problem. It strains their eyes, then they cry about their eyes hurting. Durrrrrr, who'd have thought! Then people don't hydrate properly. If you don't hydrate properly, your eyes will eventually dry out. So will you. If you're not hydrated properly, you won't function properly.
