Answer I got regarding the loading screens at least from the ATSG thread, "I was literally talking to my UX & UI leads just the other day about the load screens. We have a really cool plan to revamp them in a pretty aesthetically different way. We'll share more info as we can but it's certainly high on my list to address as well." So hopefully some relief will be with that. It would be cool if pictures of different locations of towns could be part of it.
