I read the OP and nowhere it talks about choices, unlike me, who did talk about choices in the original post of my related thread.
I'm sorry Derrick, I see I did leave out the word 'choices'. I didn't mean to do that. I would like a personal choice with the UI color and the White Loading Screens. Coming from the TS2 and still playing, loading screens aren't all that much problem to me, but since the TS3 I would have preferred only one between each hood/district. However, it is what it is, so, yes, I can probably deal with loading screens more so than those who really hate them. And I also understand why. Even developers hate loading screens, I think no one actually loves any type of loading screen. lol Or we wouldn't be wanting things to instantly load like magic when we start up our machines and gadgets.
I didn't mean to leave out anything about choices, that wasn't my intent, and to be honest I still have some headaches, and I forget, sometimes since I am so long winded and ramble sometimes. :)
