I don't get what was soooo exciting about burglars. I remember people complained about being woken up and everyone getting out of bed to watch the cop arrest the burglar and drive away. The burglar looked like an escapee from a French mine school and nothing, literally nothing exciting ever happened. If you had an alarm, the burglar would wait until the cop got there. Every once and a while, the burglar "escaped" the cop, but not often and hardly could be called exciting. I think this is another case of people wanting some more "old stuff" from a past version that, because we don't have it now, has been romanticized into something greater than it was. Tragic Clown anyone? How many of you play with the Tragic Clown. TC was a fun surprise that turned into something to whine about once people activated it and saw what a pain it was to get rid of. Stop asking for stuff you really don't want once you get it. Go play the old version and knock your self out.

Used to set up traps 4 them to try to kill them with buydebug stuff from world adventures.
These NPC:s were in the sims game from the start we're enjoyed by some fans
They were on the list of missing features from the past base game.
I like them and how Random they played out.
