Can we get rid of the randomly generated outfits on Sims that aren't part of their outfit list?

I've noticed this in a few packs now, and I really think it needs to go. Some Sims appear on lots in these completely randomized outfits that I've never designed for them and so they have no business ...

My most disliked feature in the sims 4. They hide it in their marketing trailers, they keep including it in their packs, they do not improve it with their patches. Outfits and Situational Outfits that are generated for sims are a mess.

Without MC Command Center and NPC Control, I would probably have stopped playing honestly. It is devastating to spend so much time in CAS, which is my favorite feature, only for the game to randomize everything into a mess anyway when you are playing the game.
