Can Weird People in Strangerville Travel to Other Worlds?

I just want to ask if the weird people in Strangerville can travel to other world in The Sims 4 like Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, Brindleton Bay, Windenburg, San Myshuno, Del Sol Valley, Forgotten Hol...

I think you as the player can of course send them around or bring what causes it to other areas. But you won't just see them unless you do something to make it happen.
