Cannot find Track Jacket for Kids after purchasing perk (In club system)

Can anyone help me out here? Is this a bug or did the team not make track jackets for the kids? I bought the perk for the track jacket but I cannot find it anywhere in CAS/Club outfitter. I've been lo...
