Can't buy Pets stuff on Origin in New Zealand (solved)

Good morning simmers :) I tried looking for pet stuff in my origin account at extra content and its not there to purchase

Then I went to my origin store and saw it in there, but once I click on the buy now option I get this screen

Any other Kiwi's or other countries experiencing this?
