I'm straight up organic, no CC, no mods/scripts, no cheats, but all expansion packs and stuff. Got singing up to 6, all others at 10, still can't get to the Dist degree. I honestly think it's because I already have a Dist degree in something else, no one has chimed in who's gone for a 2nd one.
