I'm having that problem now. Nobody matching the description is showing up.
Before that, I had the opposite problem. Lilith went to the museum to arrest a female suspect who was wearing a blouse and shorts. She ended up talking to four women who matched the description.
Fortunately Lilith was a beginner, so she just picked one, arrested her, and didn't have to interrogate her.
UPDATE: Last night Lilith called out an APB, went to the location, and the only person there matched all 6 descriptions. Arrested him, took him back, interrogated the perp and got the confession.
