Can't sign up for Distinguished Physics degree

I tried signing my sim up for a Distinguished Physics degree, but the option is greyed out saying her skills aren't good enough. She's level 10 in Robotics and Rocket Science & level 8 in Handiness, w...

@ bandit5 sorry, I should have put in my original post that this would be her 3rd degree; so she's already enrolled. Thanks for the suggestion though :).
