I don't think of it as positive or negative but realistic. He proved every statement.

I find it a major let down that the career doesn't have proper requisites/constrains. That's all i was looking for. Because renovating homes isn't new, the constrains were the challenge here. But it looks like you can do whatever and the game will accept it. Just make it the right color... very disapointing...
