For me it's definitely the eyes. I have this very specific way of doing eyes that I do on pretty much every sim. I like to give them really big irises and roll them all the way up. I also like to give them that squinty model look because I think it's attractive. I think I also put the eyes closer together than most people would. I've been trying to not do that but I can't help it.
