Actually you are talking Sims 2 werewolves. They were wolves to start with and the one that has the shiny eyes is the one that will bite and turn your sim into a werewolf. So technically we have already had that before. That one did come with Sims 2 pets.

You're right, I totally forgot that! Maybe that's where the idea came from, lol. But I recall it was really hard to get them to befriend your sim, and sometimes they would disappear for sim weeks. I think that in Sims 4, if we were able to create them in both forms and play them from the start and choose their traits, it would be really fun. Especially if they had CAS options to have a more wolfish humanoid form and some powers like super strength, regenerative need decay, howling effects that would make sims tense....I just really wish we had a fear emotion. Gah, that bothers me so much.
