Cats & Dogs, Vampires or Parenthood?
Which one do you like more and why? Trying to figure out which one I should get.

Parenthood. With the advent of toddlers in the game and a better skill set for them, parenthood, also gives the player much more input to how their born-in-game Sims will turn out. I like this 'control', if that's what it can be called. I like being able as the player to help shape who my Sims will turn out to be. Plus, if successful, your YA Sims will get additional Traits for all of your effort. Pretty satisfying.
