I'm not sure, though, I think that style is called cafe curtains. (?) I've been waiting for them, too.
Edited to add: I did a quick google search. It looks like the bottom is called cafe curtain. Two pieces are called tier curtains. My bad. Either way, I'd love to have both types. Those curtains are a decorating staple.
