Bugs are to be expected in a New Ep but they will probebly be patched in the December Update.
You can't be certain of when bugs will be fixed, CL has been out for a year and they have just patched in bug fixes for it, big ones at that and if the people that play with vampires have to wait a month for a patch to fix what this patch broke a lot of simmers will be really angry.
