Can you put on a collar on dogs when they're on a leash?? I noticed a lot of dogs go "naked" when they go for a walk. Not a big fan of that. - Thanks to EA Marge or SimGuruDrake for sticking this thread.

Australia has it now.- My test Sim adopted Mayor Whiskers. I positively adore him already. He's the purrfect cat! ^_^

Funny you should ask, because I tried, and the dog put on a collar first before getting leashed.
I used my test sim for a dog. Here he is jogging with Slim Shady.
