One of my favorite things dogs do is swim with Sims. When my families throw pool parties, I love that the dogs will join in. They'll autonomously swim or you could direct them with the "Swim With..." interaction. If the world has swimmable lakes and rivers, dogs can swim there, too.
But dogs can have a fear of swimming. I had one dog that was absolutely terrified of swimming and would panic every time they got near a pool. :(
I also really love in Mt. Komorebi that dogs can go on the hiking trail with Sims.
