Chased by Death trait cross pack compatibility observations

I don't know if it has been noticed yet. I have tried a search, but I can't find it here. 

But I noticed a few things about my Spellcaster sim with the Chased by Death trait. Firstly, the Immortality potion did nothing to her (she didn't even get a negative moodlet, etc.). Also, her hematite necklace did not protect her when she died. Finally, the potion of prompt resurrection did not resurrect her, and again, she had no negative response to drinking it (she drank a few); it was as though she hadn't drunk it at all and was still in a confident mood. 

So, I assume this results from the trait, i.e. by design and not bugged?

And I wondered if anyone else had any anecdotes from their experience with sims with this trait?
