The pools in TS3 were works of art, just visit Lunar Lakes or Midnight Hollow! "alanmichael1;c-18289749" wrote:

neither of which are EP worlds
also it could easily be changed via building some pools or changing lot types for ts4
I don't often use pool lot type myself cause i like to combine them with spas or something- Simmerville2 years agoLegendHm, could not pools be added to any community lot, say a park? In OS I added a small pool to the large park, and occasionally NPc locals use it. The lot is Park, and I know more NPCs would probably jump in if it was a Public pool lot, but I mostly focus on my active sim household when going there and they will use it frequently, especially if I direct them to :)
There are also gym lots with a pool, Del Sol Valley has one but I'm not 100% sure it was there originally or if I added it... - meeshwood2 years agoSeasoned Ace

One striking thing about TS4 worlds is that before and after Windenburg we never ever got a public pool lot again while they were absolute standard (and often the highlight) in every TS3 world.
In sims 4 we get bars instead of pools, I guess priorities have shifted ? - https://twitter.com/WiekeSimmer/status/1679941637944799233?s=19

I wonder why there is absolutely no lot icon above the largest lot (50x50) in Galloping Gulch? Its neither residential nor community. Perhaps it was just not added yet, technically, or is this something different?
Edit: I see there are several lots that are lacking a lot category symbol, must be just that the game is not 100% ready. - bizuktag2 years agoSeasoned Ace

I believe that's how residential lots display when you have no sims living on the lot. At least that's how maps appear in my game.
Nobody living on a lot = no icon

LOL proves how full my game is :) Got most worlds but I've not experienced empty residential lots in years... - crocobaura2 years agoLegend

Love the new world, it's so pretty, especially the canyon part. It reminds me a bit of the forest near my grandma's village, it was similarly set in a valley between high mountains with a small stream running through it. It even had a small dam at one end that people used to swim in. Wonder if we can wash horses in the river. - SheriSim2 years agoSeasoned Ace

After Sulani when swimming was introduced in the ocean along with suntanning and lounge chairs, most EP’s if not all, have had a swimming area in oceans, lakes, rivers, or whatever natural water there is in an area of an EP world. Which I think is fantastic, and before that several worlds did come with a pool lot after pool lots were introduced. And you always have a choice to make any lot you have a pool lot, besides adding pools to gyms, spa’s, and parks ( or whatever lot you choose to add them to ).
