I don’t think it’s a bug for everyone. I had a sim drown in the ocean a few days ago. And no i didn’t kill her purposefully for those concerned. The sim drowned whilst her sister was in the cave rabbit hole and I was waiting to see if anything interesting would happen as a result when she came out.
