City native aspiration help

I am currently trying to complete the City native aspiration from the City living EP. One task is to donate to protesters. Problem is can't seem to find them. Is there a specific neighbourhood or specific time and day of the week for protesters to show up?

    Thank you so much for the link. I just went through the thread you linked and apparently Wednesdays at 12:50 at the Skye Fitness Gym should be one. Otherwise I will have to join the political career I suppose and start a protest myself.
