I know there's nothing we've seen so far to indicate it, but I'm kinda hoping there's a new collection (like the marbles and the tassels) tied to this world so I have more to do in it than take my sims on dates.
There are! There are axolotls, which are like frogs and insects (Outdoor Retreat) except you can't sell them. They're endangered IRL so only collectable in The Sims.
