I might be blind, but I can't see the Motel in the map? Is it not in the Nuevo Corazón hood? How will we find it if it is not a lot and not seen in the map?
You'll need to load into a nearby lot, same as with the theatre building.

It doesn't matter, you can reach it if you load into any lot in that neighbourhood. Some lots might be closer to it than others, but as it is in neighbourhood space, you can't select it as a destination to travel to. So you need to select a lot in that neighbourhood and travel to it from there. It might be possible to place it on a lot though, so then you can reach it directly.
