Hopefully the world map will get shown today.
Can't wait to see it. I am really hoping to finally have at least one new harvestable, but if not, I hope they at least actually put some of the existing ones in the world this time.
I'm so excited to see the new world! I can't wait to see the live stream. I hope it's a good one .
I was a bit confused at one point. Did they say one of the builds was a residential rental? Aren't they only in For Rent and not in base game? Maybe they meant it was a vacation rental?
They did mention that. What they meant is it's a vacation rental.

maybe they mixed the words when trying to say that it could be turned into residential lot if wantedThis confused and worried me too, because I barely touch Tomarang because of the way messing with residential rentals has screwed up save games for me. I don't want that lot type in any other world, because then I'm probably going to avoid that lot (or maybe even the world).
Hoping it's just a regular rental (likely, given RR are a feature from For Rent and they'd have to include all the coding in this pack to make it work).
Hopefully we won't have to wait too long to get a map with lot sizes. I really want to put that beautiful Mexican wedding venue from MWS into the world, and I think it would be perfect in the vicinity of the park/the big fountain, since we don't have an ocean/beach. I like the premade lots they showed us in that neighborhood, but I don't mind moving them around, IF there's a lot that's big enough. I've been concerned from the beginning that that wouldn't occur to them, and I'm still concerned.
I liked the neighbourhood, looked nice. I liked the penthouse lots, didn't seem to be as tall as in San Myshuno. I hope there is some swimmable beach area by the river or lake. I liked that the fountain wish options are different from other fountains, and that we can wish for happiness and steal money from it.
Doesn't look like there are any large lots like a 64x64 or a 50x40. I also wish we had some more apartments in the most built up district, not just penthouses.
Oh well, I'll probably get the pack because there's other stuff that I do like about it, but I'm a little underwhelmed by the world currently.I had hoped they would've shown us a bit more of the world during the stream. I didn't feel like I got a good sense of it whilst they were live. I had hoped for a second San Myshuno feel, perhaps more of a blend of South American cities also.
I think I put my expectations too high, I love the worlds for the most part - they're very pretty. We've had Tomarang last, which is such a cool world. This one seems to miss a little bit of character - even though it has really cool landmarks and I love the graffiti.
A migration of butterflies would've been cool too. I don't know. I feel like I have moved a bit to the darkside with this pack.
The world looks beautiful (even if some bits did remind me of Tomarang!). Really want to spend more time having a good look at that map.
