There's one warehouse lot. It's called the Fish something, in the spice market neighbourhood. It's zoned as residential to start. Maxis_Creator_01 has uploaded the grungy version of it from the trailers to the Gallery. I've got a cafe reno of it on the Gallery (you need to see CC to find it, but the CC is just some clutter on shelves).
