I’ve ran my game with my other 3 packs ever since Christmas. (I got my computer on Christmas) and it’s been working excellently ever since. Except now. I think it’s just the dogs and cats pack, because the problem only happens when I’m trying to create a pet.

EA has increased the recommended requirements for running the game with the Cats and Dogs pack. Simmers need a stronger computer to handle the Cats and Dogs ep. Your computer may not be strong enough to handle the pack. Your computer may have an integrated processor video card and /or not enough RAM memory, which can cause crashing and issues when in CAS and when playing the game,
