@nerdfashion, I love his look, but at the very least, you used either DLC or Custom content when designing him which makes him ineligable for now. When I do my DLC enabled version he will be back in the running as long as no custom content was used. Also, I would need to know his traits if I were to pick him. As it stands I have no idea what his traits are.
