Your club will not change into outfits if you choose them during a club meeting or gathering, it will be the next gathering, you can use a closet to get them to change to the outfits. Also make sure the outfits in CCAS Club Create A Sim matches the club icon or they will refuse to wear the items. The club perk unlocks all club perk items.
