I love multipurpose lots. I built a lot for the gallery called Biscuit's Speakeasy. It's a bakery with (of course) a speakeasy in the basement that's only accessible via the manager's office. The attached building next door is a bridal boutique. There are also apartments on the second floor of both buildings. I wanted to build something that reminded me of lot of the downtown districts of many old cities across the United States.
