Oh my! I like all three kits. I'm not as keen on the clothing in the Casanova kit, but everything else is pretty awesome. I'll be buying them later after work I think.
That nightgown should have been full length, would have looked better because of better proportions and it also wouldn't have had the clipping issues
I actually like the that it's short. It is a bit more playful that way. If I want a long one, I'll use the vintage glamour one (also one of my favourites for the rich and famous sims) . But a longer model of this one would have been a fancy addition as well.
The two rooms that you have designed and furnished using items from the kit are lovely! 🙂 The living room is a very nice place for sims to sit near the fireplace and have a drink whilst chatting, reading or listening to music. The vanity area design in the bedroom is lovely. The wall pictures are very nice. The outfits that Livia is wearing from the kit are very nice.
The secret sanctuary kit is very pretty. I like the items a lot. Finally we have a bookcase door with a matching bookcase. However this shows the limitations of a combined CAS and Buildbuy kit. I would have loved if we could have gotten more variations: a single tile bookcase and a single tile matching bookcase door would have been useful for smaller buildings. A couch to match the chaise longe would have been welcome as well. I'm also slightly disappointed that the tea set doesn't work like the wedding stories ones that serve several teas. But at least it's functional so that's better than nothing.
The bookcase wall with hidden door is my absolute favorite. ❤️
Another vanity table is very useful. It has a bit of clutter attached right in front of the people which makes it easier to look good for someone like me who doesn't fill every surface with clutter.
I mainly got this pack for the furniture but am pleasantly surprised by the clothing. I was able to create a nearly full wardrobe for Livia here (swimsuit and hot weather are the only ones that don't use the kit.) The short nightgown (4th from the left) is a bit odd in CAS, the arms of the sim are adjusted and farther from the body in order not to clip.
These kits are coming at just the right time for me. I'm in the process of decorating a new home for Hannah, Elliott, and Faith.
Comfy Gamer will be perfect for their computer/gaming room. Elliott will have his man cave with Casanova, and Hannah will have her own space, and club gatherings with Secret Sanctuary.

It will be 1 out of 3 for me, once again I'm not the target audience. It's the first time that I don't buy all the Maxis kits released.
A lot of things are missing in the game but these kits seem to be less ambitious by adding already existing stuff. It doesn't feel as if they were a great addition to TS4 with all packs.
In term of Male CAS content, I shared ideas for 10 years, I proved that there are more options available IRL, so I expect better outfits.
The clothing that came with the kits are very nice 🙂 It is a lovely photo that you have posted of Bella wearing the items.
