I used to use that hair making my "the Fooz" (from the Happy Days tv show) college guys wearing leather and chaps. In Sims 3 they rode the low rider motorcycles.

That makes a lot of sense actually. Moderately sure University will be the next big thing and since it's Ninja he might very well be part of the team making it :D would be cool!
