If I make them completely identical I can't tell them apart except by the outfits or the names. Since I don't usually make toddler twins the easiest way for children and up twins is a different hairstyle or more subtly a different color of the same necklace. YA/adult twins I seem to recognize more readily as which twin without distinguishing characteristics. I'm not sure why.
