Considering buying Eco Lifestyle - I have a few questions for players who have it

NAPS will be turned off (aka NPC voting off) for the whole savegame/globally, its under Pack Settings (which can only be changed in game btw, so change it as soon as you started/loaded a save).
I have had NPC voting off since forever, and never got any NAPS, also the settings are remembered if you start a new game.

You can still vote with your played sims, so community lots and NAPS can either be voted in by you or you can cheat them in (I recommend carl's sims4 guide, it has cheats and info on everything up to the cottage living EP).
