Maybe they could add that life events would change a Sim's personality traits.
examples:
a Sim used to be shy, since she started interacting more with others and going out, she become self assured and outgoing.
a Sim used to be cheerful, when someone close to her died, she became gloomy.
a Sim used to be a slob, since he started a relationship with a neat Sim, he became neat too.
a Sim used to be noncommittal, until he met the love of his life, then he became family oriented.
some say that life experiences shape our personalities, some traits could change if an event happens.
children could change traits easier, some say our personality is more defined with how we grow up.
