Another person on the link above has said he is having the same issue on The PS5. I wonder if this is also effecting Xbox.

I had noticed that too while I was playing the game on the PS4 just a little while ago. And it only seems to be affecting the blush make-up and not the lipstick or eyeshadow or eyeliner.

They had just released a patch for console just yesterday. I have not seen the patch report so I don't know if there was a fix for this in it or not. I just know that I had gotten a message on the PS4 stating that a Sims 4 patch was installed while I was playing Cyberpunk last night.
