My prep-school dorm will be moving from Britechester to Copperdale, since the new school gives high school a physical location.

It is run by a School Administrator and Student Counselor.
But I will also be using it as the base template for a new high school since it already has a bunch of skill objects, studios and labs in it.

Six high school students rotate in and out of the dorm in groups of three.
They also rotate in and out of University from here.
