I only saw one 60X60 lot in Cottage Living in the first look at the new world. And I suspect that it may already have something on that lot right out of the box. So it looks like I get to bulldoze another lot yet again. I really would love to see a 60X60 lot sit empty when a new world comes out. Just once if at all!
