Couple of Questions about Own Vets and/or Businesses

So I've never messed around with owning a business or running a restaurant, but with the Cats & Dogs pack, I figured I give running a vet a try. I have a few generic "manager" related questions. ...

You can't send them home but what you can do is click on the sign in Kiosks and disallow new customers!! I just figured this out today! So relieved that I can now finish the patients already in the clinic and not have to worry about more showing up! Definitely going to help a lot in boosting the employees' satisfaction with the job!
