I gave my sim this version of the new sweater. The other swatches are all a bit kitschy--fun for Christmas, but not so much for daily wear. 😆

Sorry for not replying to you directly before, but you might have seen my post about the "inviting 3 people problem". If you used mod, I hope that disable mod can help you pass this step.

I have a feeling that it wasn’t supposed to complete with just practicing.

From what I know, this issue isn't a problem with the vanilla game. It's a mod issue, and it can be fixed by temporarily removing the mods, clearing the quest, and quitting without saving.

I haven't seen the report about broken mods for this event yet.

Hello, if anyone has a problem with "Invite 3 people over", it seems to be because of some mods.

If you invited over 3 people but still be like this

My step

1. Try to remove your mod folder and open the game again.

The quest will change to be this instantly.

2. You will have to dance and invite other 2 people to dance together simultaneously. Then the last quest will be completed.

3. Quit without saving to prevent your save file from being broken. Also, don't click to redeem the rewards right now.

4. Open the game again, and go to redeem the item.

5. Now you can save. This save file will have rewards in an active household.

Also, I still don't know what mod has the problem. It's not MCCC because I tried keeping it, and it still worked. But it's easier to remove the whole mod folder. After the inviting step, the rest of the step is only "3 people dancing together."

I ended up having my sim simply practise the piano, and suddenly all the rest of the sims in the house became inspired, and that fulfilled the task.  That task should be explained better because if it’s just from practising, the task description should say so.

He isn’t in a club but I can create one and see if that works. Thank you for the suggestion.

I tried to do a social event and the next time a hangout. Both times the three sims came over but even after the sims left I never got credit. It was a good suggestion.

I had my sim use a guitar also. I was surprised it completely when he was just practicing.
