They should have listed a time instead of just the date.
There was a new survey when I launched the game asking about general satisfaction with The Sims 4, bugs, and the Cozy Celebrations Event. Survey link.
I am sorry that you were unable to finish the quest 🙁 The event would have finished at 10a.m. PST.
Today is January 10... but the quests aren't showing up to finish the event. Did it end at midnight? I can open the Cozy Celebrations thing but I can't do any quests.
I really preferred that their weren't any random items that were meant to help like in reapers rewards as it seems like there is way more new stuff. I think the tasks should be harder not just talking to someone or cooking something. But overall it was better than reapers rewards but still needs improvement.
It is lovely that the console brought back special memories of times you spent having fun playing the Dreamcast when you were young 🙂
Just finished this event, it was so much fun! Not that Life & Death didn't have its charms but it seemed more of a chore compared to this one. Love that the gaming system reminds me of the Dreamcast from when I was a kid!
Thanks, the incomplete collection was indeed the problem. I found out by accident when I took down the Christmas decoration and put the new wreath into the household inventory with the others. That triggered a pop up message informing me that I had received a nice plaque. All I have to do now is pick up the mail.
It took my plaque only a day or two to arrive. When I picked up the mail, it appeared in my sim's inventory. But check your collections notebook to make sure that all four wreaths are shown as collected. It seems that sometimes collections get glitched. This post gives suggestions for workarounds in case of problems:
Quick question: how long does it take for that plaque to arrive in the mail? It's been days since my Sims completed all the tasks, yet still no plaque.
