That shipwreck thing sounds like a great idea. I might have to steal it sometime, if that's okay.
But yeah, I use it for formerly-abandoned houses, so I can pretend they're infested with bugs. I also use them when I'm doing challenge runs, for a little extra difficulty. Negative lot traits make for a lot of fun.
