You missed one! You could call Grim on the resurrect-o-nomitron and offer him very few simoleons (offering him a lot got a you a normal Sim) but you could also have an evil witch resurrect a Sim as a zombie.
The three skills you could learn in WA were nectar making, martial arts, and *I think* photography.
