In the teaser we saw a Sim running away from a swarm of bees. These are the same bee FX that are already in the base game around the neighborhoods.The leaked description said something about "deadly bees" - do you think they're really DEADLY and is it a new death type? Haha that reminds me so much of being chased around by bees in Animal Crossing! :lol: I wonder if there are beehives you can collect honey from.

Not the exact same but similar. And no in TS3 there is no death by bees. But a swarm would chase sims.

There was death by flies on TS2 and TS1.

And witches could summon a bee swarm to chase bees.

Bees can be deadly. Some more than others. Honey making bees don't have poisonous stings but other types of bees and especially wasps do.

Allergic people can die from bee stings more easily too.

If you are swarmed they can be very dangerous, and even deadly whether you are allergic or not. If you are allergic to bee venom then one sting can be deadly if you don’t seek medical help.

You can always revive your Sim with Ambrosia, a Death Flower or reload a save. :)
