@doogerie - thank you for your recommendations.

@darrenfroggy - from your description, with aging turned off or active household only, it sounds almost like TS2. However, if you've never played before think of each household as a separate save and that save doesn't change when you are using a different household (another save). So pregnant Sims are still in the same trimester as when you last played them.

What I couldn't stand about TS3 was that the other Sims were moving out, moving in, getting married and divorced, getting pregnant, having affairs...oh it was a nightmare for someone like me!

TS4, I can cope with a little bit of skill building ??
