you are right and why I will never buy this pack. This is the first pack in all the Sims games I have refused to buy - so for 19 years i bought everything they ever made - but sometimes when they keep drawing lines in the sand - you just have to say - enough is enough. WE are the customer and they had a job to deliver - in my book they delivered half a job. The worlds are important to many simmers - you'd think they'd get this after all the money we spent on Sims store worlds - and all the worlds simmers made in Sims 2 and 3 - but they wear blinders I guess.
Well I am not stepping over that line anymore. Give us actual SIMS worlds Maxis or I anyway am not buying.
Its clear that they wanted this game to be a mobile game, they wanted it to be able to be ran on almost every kind of computer with minimal spec requirements. The only way they could accomplish that was by giving us a shell of a game that doesn't even have Story Progression. This is because Sims 3 was so poorly optimized as I said in my above post.
EA probably did this because they are greedy and don't care about the franchise. You're right though, this isn't really The Sims .. it should have been called something else.
