@rosettasstoned, your ask for loan tip was great. I had Miko go out in the street in front of the penthouse, so the kids and Abel inside would still keep doing what they were doing. She befriended and asked every elder out there for a large loan and I made ~10k simoleons in just a few minutes.
I picked elders because maybe they will die before I have to pay them back...Either way the funds will help me get through this momentary shortfall of funding. Now I can leverage the other tips shared here as well, but the quick loan funds are enough to put my mind at ease.
